Sensory-based activities are the ultimate way to make learning a playful exploration. Montfort School, Roorkee conducted Sensory Sorting activity on 29th April 2023. This activity develops fine motor skills, thinking ability, and the sensation of touch in children. Children were asked to bring soft clay and make a model of their own choice out of it(eg- fish, bird, etc)Cognitive Development Sensory Sorting activities are a great tool for enhancing cognitive development in kindergarten kids. They help in developing skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. By completing activities, children learn to recognize patterns, shapes, and colours. They also improve their memory and concentration skills.
