TAMBOLA ACTIVITY (PRIMARY SECTION)
Play time is precious as it builds brain and creates mental pathways for thinking, creativity, flexibility, empathy and many other lifelong skills. Taking care of all the above factors and mental well-being of the students, a Mathematical Fun Activity - Tambola was organised for the students of classes I to V.
Unlike the usual Tambola game, the twist in it was instead of calling the numbers directly, question framed on the numbers were thrown up to make it more exciting. The activity helped to foster quantitative and reasoning skills among the students. The curiosity and their enthusiasm among the students for winning the game was quite evident.
What we learn with fun and pleasure, we never forget and with that academic learning follows naturally.
